This post is all about the Audrey Hepburn style in Charade and her dazzling 1960s fashion and dresses, designed by the legendary Givenchy.

Who designed the clothes for Charade?

Hubert de Givenchy, Audrey Hepburn’s favorite designer, designed her stunning costumes for Charade.

This French aristocrat and fashion designer was also a lifetime friend of Audrey Hepburn’s.

Besides founding his own luxury and perfume company, Hubert de Givenchy was also famous for designing many of the personal and professional wardrobe pieces for Jackie Kennedy, just like Audrey Hepburn.

You’ll notice the classic style in Charade, especially the pairing and lines of the tailored skirt suit and coats with pearls, and hats, is similar on both fashion icons.
